Through the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), with the help of then-State Senator Gipson, KC was able to obtain a grant that provided funding for repairs along East Main Street in the Village of Wappingers Falls. The grant allowed for the complete reconstruction of East Main Street’s sidewalks in a heavy pedestrian-use area of the Village. KC completed the application process, allowing the Village to obtain the necessary grant to complete the project. During the administration of the grant, KC worked closely with officials from the Village, DASNY, and State Senator Gipson’s office.
