KC evaluated the condition of the Tri-State Mall building and assessed corrective actions to take if required. KC also inspected concrete masonry where a gap between two structures was reported. Based on our inspection, we determined that the two structures had been built at different times. The gap was a result of freeze and thaw cycles. KC recommended the gap be filled to prevent air and water infiltration. The structure was determined to be sound.
